Whistler Writers Festival – October 12-15 2017

I’m so excited to be flying to the Whistler Writers Festival that I may not need a plane! A wonderful celebration of Canadian writers in this magical mountain setting.

Not only is this my first trip to Whistler, I get to join a panel discussion with my memoir muse J. J. Lee, author of The Measure of a Man: The Story of a Father, a Son, and a Suit.

On Saturday morning October 14, I will be leading a Memoir-abilia Writeshop, my writing tools and talismans in tow.

From its inception the group has promoted the literary arts, provided a forum for local writers to develop their craft within the community, and sponsored literary events for readers and writers alike, including the annual Whistler Writers Festival.
