Early Spring Book News 2017

in search of a bright early spring

Spring never comes to Alberta in February. Which is why I’m excited to be doing some island-hopping with Separation Anxiety in BC this February.
I realize this is the current  BC weather picture:

But I’m hoping for this version from a vintage BC travel ad:
Fields ablaze with blossoms as early as February. Blues. Reds. Yellows. Whites.
When people say spring is just around the corner, they really mean it’s right here, in Super, Natural British Columbia.
Let these thoughts start to trickle through your mind.
You’re unfurling the white sails of a charter in a secluded island bay.
Maybe unfolding a checker tablecloth on a picnic down by the beach.
Meandering down a trail on one of our thirteen mountain ranges…
Wrap up your grey, cold winter in our bright early spring…
My bright early BC spring book tour

Warm wishes for an early spring,
Miji
